Overview
The beach town residential building on the Pacific coast combines two main areas for amenities; a sea level pool for family and kids, and a pool for adults on the rooftop.
A double height hallway penetrates the center of the structure to lead residents from the buildings lobby to the pool area and beachfront at the rear.
