Building for social impact
Overview
This building’s owner created a foundation to help other foundations implement and distribute their grants and maximize their impact.
This led to the concept; a building intended to house the supported foundations.
The signature element is its elevated spacious shaded terrace, a desirable and original location to run fundraising galas, donor updates and other events.
Architecturally we fused multiple elements from the vertical pillars to the simple framed glass panels to create this landmark structure.
